Good news for all those who want to stay with 3CX V18: The support deadline for this version has been extended. The new deadline for upgrading to V20 is now September 1, 2024.
However, different rules apply to standard licenses. Users of the current free 4SC license have until 1 July 2024 to update their system. Before this deadline, an upgrade to V20 is required and a change to a paid Professional version must be made.
Licenses from version 8SC Standard will be upgraded from 3CX to the Professional version free of charge for the time being. Here too, the upgrade to V20 should be completed by July 1, 2024.
Despite these deadlines, 3CX strongly recommends upgrading to V20 as early as possible in order to take full advantage of all the new functions and improvements.
